The semiconductor company by the name of Broadcom and its associates have prepared themselves for the biggest expansions their company has ever seen. Broadcom has teamed up a private US equity firm, Silver Lake Partners to be place a bid of an approximate 2.2 trillion yen which calculates to be 20 billion US dollars. There has been speculation that Japanese Gov. would have preferred to have a US company bid this appose to a country like South Korea, China or Taiwan.
Broadcom has made a strong decision by progressing without most of its former associates.
